128 Queen Victoria Street provides grade A office space, a short walk from St Paul’s Cathedral in Central London. The property comprises a mixed-use building of steel frame construction arranged over the basement and six upper floors.

Having recently undergone vast refurbishment work included newly refurbished floors, a new reception, new bike space and new showers. As part of the building’s refurbishments a BMS upgrade was required.

Syscom took control of completing the required BMS upgrades. The upgrade was to replace the existing old Siemens BMS to a Tridium system with an N4 Supervisor. This enables data from the whole building pulled in from the Tridium system to be analysed for one place. The work involved upgrading 5 main MCC’s controls with high level integrations to chillers via BACnet, and existing Siemens FCU controls with 3000 I/O points.
