At Syscom, we offer a full BMS service and maintenance facility (including various levels of Comprehensive cover), a dedicated 24-hour call-out BMS service, an office technical helpline and remote off-site dial-up facility for numerous BMS/Control manufacturers and other major systems available in the UK.
Our BMS maintenance procedures are performed by trained personnel, to a structure designed to meet the client’s individual requirements. We undertake annual, monthly or weekly BMS service visits, although we will work to any time scale necessary to keep the system in good working order.
We include repair or replacement of faulty equipment as and when it becomes necessary or as part of a BMS maintenance agreement.
Emergency call outs are tailored to suit the requirements of the site facilities, priced as a separate entity or as part of a BMS maintenance agreement.
By having the correct procedures and associated hardware in place, technical support of your system becomes an additional source of assistance to on-site engineers. Technical support can be either via phone, modem, or as on-site attendance.
We will update and maintain system documentation to the latest system build as part of a maintenance agreement. The validity of existing site documentation will be checked as a separate item if requested.

At Syscom we offer innovative and affordable solutions that consists of non-invasive and self-powered circuit-level technology coupled with cloud-based analytics to provide customers with actionable insights into their energy usage, enabling them to reduce energy costs.
Whilst implementing BMS energy management we can install these miniature, non-invasive, self-powered and wireless current sensors within a new or existing system; hundreds of sensors can be installed within a few hours without the need to disconnect the power. Once installed, the remote sensor technology becomes part of the building infrastructure, never requiring maintenance, service or battery replacement.
Once set up the current sensors link to an BMS Energy Management and Dashboard Software package that monitors electrical energy consumption at individual circuit levels across multiple sites. The software detects and reports excess energy usage allowing organisations to identify and reduce energy and operational expenses. The software is based on easy-to-use web tools that provide real-time, detailed visibility into energy consumption, peaks and anomalies. Users can access this information from standard web browsers as well as tablets and phones.

Whether it is “free form” coding (American Auto-Matrix) or logic block programming (Trend, ALC), Syscom can make even the toughest specifications work. After all, the Building Management System is only as good as the control software that is running the building.
Syscom offer expertise in providing building solutions based on openly available products and industry standard protocols such as BACnet, EIB/KNX, LONMARK and Modbus together with interfacing standards such as OPC (OLE for Process Control) to allow the exchange of information between different manufacturers’ devices, systems and programs in an agreed way.
We also offer IT and web-technology expertise, promoting both the IT world and the convergence with Building Management Systems onto common communication infrastructures such as LAN / WAN (Wide Area Networks) allowing data to be exchanged with the customer’s business processes.
At Syscom, we undertake general electrical contracting business for commercial, industrial and some domestic BMS electrical installations. We are also specialists in BMS controls and Life Safety Systems.
Our in-house BMS electrical installation service employs experienced electricians specifically trained in Building Management System installations to the latest electrical regulations. All works are coordinated by our own electrical division who work closely with project engineers to ensure that the project requirements and program dates are met. As we are an NIC EIC registered company we offer in-house electrical testing and inspection on our BMS electrical installation works.
