This project involved the complete replacement and modernisation of the existing Building Management System (BMS) throughout an occupied commercial building. The original Schneider controls installed across the Motor Control Centres, Control Panels, and Fan Coil Units were removed and replaced with a new Distech Controls solution.

As part of the upgrade, a new IP-based BMS network was installed throughout the building, providing a modern, scalable platform for improved system performance, monitoring, and future integration requirements.

A key requirement of the project was to ensure zero disruption to the building’s tenants. To achieve this, the majority of on-floor installation, commissioning, and migration works were carefully planned and carried out outside of normal working hours. Through detailed coordination and phased implementation, the upgrade was completed seamlessly while maintaining the building’s day-to-day operations.
